We advise our clients and prospects to familiarize themselves with their ac equipment before they call us so that they can give us comprehensive information on the brand name of the unit, the approximate age, the model as well as the existence or absence of any warranties. This helps us in giving them a quote over the phone.
As a customer, it can be difficult to determine whether your A/C problem is an emergency or not. Delaying service on such a unit could further compound the problem leading you to more expensive repairs or a complete replacement. We always ask our clients to notify us immediately the moment their ac units start behaving abnormally. Our professionals will then assess the extent of the repairs required.

The Components We Service

Our professionals are experienced and as such they do the job right the first time. This eliminates the chances of engaging in repeated repairs. Among the ac components we service include compressors, air handlers, evaporator coils, swamp coolers, ductless systems, high efficiency options, air conditioning filters and zoned systems. We carry warranties on repairs and parts.

Preventative Maintenance

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Just like any system, a regularly serviced HVAC unit pays dividends both in the short and long run. Such scheduled maintenances reduce the chances of emergency breakdowns and expensive repairs. In our preventive maintenance plans at Countryview Heating and Cooling Group, we cover the following:

Filter Repair and Replacements

Filters gather dust, dirt, moisture, and sometimes even mold following long periods of usage. Our technicians clean and replace these filters when necessary. This gives your A/C unit the ability to run more efficiently which translates into energy savings and healthier homes. We recommend filter cleaning or replacement at least four times in a year.

There are various filters that we may install depending on your budget and these include disposable fiberglass filters, washable electronic filters, pleated allergy filters, electronic air cleaners and HEPA furnace filters.

Ductless Mini-Splits

Where necessary, we may also recommend the installation of ductless mini-splits as part of our routine maintenance. This is especially the case in older homes without air ducts. The main advantage of ductless mini-splits is that they are flexible and smaller in size. This makes them easier to provide temperature control in individual rooms. You can also condition each room individually making your home more energy efficient.

As part of our scheduled maintenance programs, we also inspect the refrigerants, evaporator coils, thermostats and air handlers. The benefit here is that you get to enjoy highly prioritized and customized service throughout the year without making a single call.
